John is a transplant from Southern California to beautiful Richlands, North Carolina. He traded the hustle and bustle of busy California living to be close to his family. His nieces and nephews are what his world revolves around, so don’t be surprised if you run into him at his nephew's baseball games, his niece’s dance recitals, or just at the beach spending as much time with them as possible.

John has 10+ years of experience in the Banking industry as a Branch Manager for a large national bank, helping people with their lending needs to refinance or using the equity in their home to remodel or whatever life threw their way.

During his tenure in Banking, John was also the President for one of the Bank’s Business Resource Groups (Affinity Groups) for all of Southern California. 

This role focused on giving back to the community. This included organizing a myriad of events ranging from teaching Financial Literacy Seminars, Panel Discussions, but most importantly working with 50+ Non-Profit organizations across Southern California to find volunteer opportunities for bank employees to give their time back to the communities. In addition, he was the Treasurer for a Non-Profit organization which was transitional housing for Foster Youth aged 18-21, to help build a foundation for them once they moved out of their foster family's home and prepare them for life and anything that came their way. 

John’s philosophy when it comes to work ethic (as it applies to Real Estate) is, “We are not in the Real Estate business to help people, we are in the People business to help them with their Real Estate needs”. As well as “listening to understand, not listening to respond”.
