Terri Alphin Smith & Co. has built a strong presence in Jacksonville’s new-construction market. Led by Terri’s extensive experience in new-home sales, our team helps buyers understand floor plans, homesites, builder options, construction timelines, and the decisions involved in building a home.
Terri proudly represents A. Sydes Construction, Inc., a trusted local builder. Our model homes provide buyers with a convenient place to view the craftsmanship in person, explore available floor plans, and speak with an agent about current and upcoming building opportunities.
