Jackie was born and raised in the small town of Floyd, Va. She is the first person in her family to graduate college and has a B.A. in Communications and a Minor in Political Science from Lynchburg College (now known as The University of Lynchburg). Jackie has lived in Jacksonville, NC since 2016 and has been a full-time REALTOR® since 2018. She is a Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and along with that, she uses her experience as a military spouse for 10 years to help VA buyers use their BAH to their advantage.

As a REALTOR®, Jackie’s main focus is on educating her clients throughout the process so that they understand what is going on and can actively participate during their home-buying or selling process. By obtaining education through designations and certifications, she is able to continuously improve the experience she can give to her clients. As a military spouse and a mother of three, she is empathetic to the military families that she works with and strives to make their moves easy and as stress-free as possible. Jackie continuously works to improve her negotiating and problem-solving skills in order to minimize and overcome the bumps that may be encountered during a real estate transaction so that all of her clients can feel at ease when they are facing a problem.
