Pattie was born and raised in New Bern, North Carolina. She is married to a retired marine and is the mother of two boys, Daniel and Brady.  Pattie is also a licensed Broker/Realtor and has been with Terri Alphin Smith & Co for more than 10 years as the team closing coordinator. She has closed up to 400 transactions per year. Pattie makes sure that all the T's are crossed and I's are dotted so that each transaction closes seamlessly for our buyers and sellers.
